The Civil Grand Jury In Action
The Association promotes the Civil Grand Jury, which is a volunteer group of citizens who for one-year terms investigate the effectiveness, efficiency, transparency, and integrity of local government agencies.

Requirements to be a civil grand juror:
Citizen 18+, in the county a year, enjoy teamwork and learning
Working knowledge of English
One year commitment, flexible hours up to 20+ per week
